There are few things in life no one really looks forward to, like getting a mortgage. It can be a hassle gathering documentation and sending it to the mortgage company. Usually weeks go by with nary a word from them, and in the end they make you feel as if they did YOU a favor.

Not so with Laura at HomeFactor! At the suggestion of my realtor and son, I contacted Laura to finance our new to us home with a VA loan. Laura and her team are consummate professionals. Very attention to detail oriented team, which is very hard to find this day and age. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely and professional manner.
