Community Heroes Program?
Our Community Heroes Program is a way to thank you for your dedication and sacrifice. We are now giving away a gift certificate in the amount of $400 to all law enforcement officers, firefighters, paramedics, nurses, physician assistants, and other medical professionals who buy a new house in the current year. We are doing this because we value the important job that you undertake and the sacrifice you make for our communities and we want to show our support for it.

- RWe charge no appraisal fee until closing. If something falls through on your offer, you are not out of pocket for this expense.
If you are unhappy with our service, we will do everything possible to quickly make things right. If you are not completely satisfied, we will reimburse your first mortgage payment with us.
